Kelli McGrane is a Denver-based registered dietitian with a lifelong love of food. She holds a master’s degree in nutrition science from Boston University. As a registered dietitian, Kelli believes in the importance of getting to know our food better, including where it comes from and its benefits for our bodies.
While she’s lived in high-rise apartments for most of her adult life, Kelli grew up eating fresh tomatoes, zucchini, and herbs from her grandparents’ garden. Currently living in a condo downtown, she dreams of the day when she can have a yard and garden of her own.
For now, she gets her whole foods-fix through farmers markets and learning everything she can about the nutritional benefits of eating plant-based foods.
When she isn’t researching or cooking, Kelli can be found up in the mountains hiking and skiing with her husband and their miniature aussiedoodle.
